Former Employee - Global Director says

"I worked at Factiva full-time for more than 10 years Cons: Bad executive management. Declining revenues attributable to executive management that doesn't understand the business value or technical value of integration. You don'the need innovation if you can't figure out the integration in front of your eyes. True innovators left after News Corp and then Lexus came in to poison the rest ofor the Company. VERY SAD STORY."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Factiva part-time for less than a year Cons: Poor communication between senior and middle management; one hand didn't always know what the other was up to. (Upper management was the main problem, from what I could see)."

Former Employee - Project Manager says

"I worked at Factiva full-time Cons: difficult to grow professionally there"

Former Employee - Customer Services Executive says

"I worked at Factiva full-time for more than 5 years Cons: Awful employee renewal policy. This company periodically makes redundant those employees that have not progressed within the company in a number of years in order to save money. They have recently dismissed the vast majority of their customer services staff and recruited replacements offering them the same salaries they were offering 12 years ago. This is something they do on a regular basis so I wouldn't recommend this company if you are looking for job security."
